• Food safety certification required (Serve Safe)
• Ability to adapt to a store within 50 miles of home
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, nights, weekends and holidays
• Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store and drive toward financial goals and guest satisfaction
• Hire, manage and direct store associates to ensure quality service
