Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express location. You will hire, guide and direct restaurant teams to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring brand standards.

The role includes a comprehensive 8+ week Store Leadership Training program, ongoing mentorship, and a supportive Panda community designed to help you succeed in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles.
• Flexible schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in an 8+ weeks Store Leadership Training program.
