Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a Panda Express location. You will hire, coach and supervise team members to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You’ll oversee daily operations, ensure food safety, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

The company offers an eight-week+ Store Leadership Training program, mentorship and a supportive Panda community to help you succeed and grow within the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee daily store operations and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate in an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program to prepare for success.
