Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express location. You will hire, coach and direct team members to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ week store leadership training program, mentorship and a supportive Panda community that cares about your success. Growth opportunities into management roles and ongoing leadership development are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
