Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express location in Utah. You will hire, coach, and direct associates to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences. An 8+ week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure successful store operations and guest service, with leadership training as part of onboarding.
