Lids is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations in a fast paced environment. You will coach and develop a team, manage staffing and payroll, and drive store performance through customer-focused execution and selling strategies.

As the Store Manager, you will ensure exceptional service, oversee inventory and visual merchandising, and maintain compliance with company policies while delivering memorable fan experiences at the point of sale.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of retail management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage schedules and payroll and drive sales KPIs.
