Job summary

Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, coach team members, and ensure outstanding customer experiences. This role reports to the Store Manager and requires strong leadership, communication, and a commitment to company standards.

As a heart of the store, you will manage scheduling, training, and performance, while upholding cash handling, inventory controls, and visual merchandising.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive sales while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner.
• Ability to work unsupervised and manage tasks independently.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints.
• Lead store associates through training programs and goal setting when the Store Manager is absent.
• Maintain store operations, staffing, and compliance with policies.
• Execute sales strategy to achieve KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Oversee cash handling, inventory accuracy, and store audits.
• Ensure proper merchandising, signing, and cleanliness according to guidelines.
