Lids is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences across our retail locations. You will supervise staff, manage schedules, and oversee training initiatives to ensure top performance and engagement.

Responsibilities include implementing the store’s selling strategy, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Competenze

Proven supervisory skills with ability to train staff and assess retention
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to perform independently with minimal supervision
Ability and willingness to travel overnight for training and/or business meetings
Ability to work varying days and hours, based on business needs, and maintain an excellent attendance record
Proven managerial skills

Lead and execute store selling strategy to achieve KPIs, sales targets and exceptional customer service
Resolve customer feedback and issue resolution to make it right
Direct in-store teams to ensure high-quality service and efficient operations
Oversee scheduling, payroll compliance and budget adherence
Drive product strategy, merchandising, and inventory integrity
Manage backroom organization and visual merchandising for optimal space utilization
Ensure store readiness for inventory audits and loss prevention
