Job summary

The Salvation Army USA Western Territory is seeking a Retail Manager for our Silverado Store in Las Vegas. This role focuses on leading daily store operations, delivering excellent customer service, and managing staff to meet goals.

The position requires 3 years of Retail Management/Supervisory experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to operate a POS system. Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Must have minimum of 3 years Retail Management/Supervisory experience.
• Must be able to operate POS/Cash Register and supervise store employees.
• Must hold a valid Driver's license, provide proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Plans and directs day-to-day operations of assigned store location.
• Develops strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales and profitability.
• Schedules Store Employees to ensure appropriate coverage and conducts team meetings.
• Supervise employees to ensure compliance with policies and directives.
• Responsible for hiring, training and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Oversees in-store operations and loss prevention measures.
