The Salvation Army Southern California is seeking a Retail Team member at the Henderson store to promote a positive shopping and donor experience. You will help drive customer service, supervise staff, and support daily store operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include coaching teams, coordinating shift changes, and maintaining ARC merchandising standards while ensuring safe and compliant operations. Prior retail supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualificações

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of Retail Management/Supervisory experience.
• Ability to operate POS/Cash Register and supervise store employees.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and pass background checks.

Responsabilidades

• Co-manage day-to-day store operations with Store Manager.
• Coach, train, and develop store employees.
• Ensure customer/donor needs are met with high service standards.
• Lead daily team meetings and ensure policy compliance.
• Handle safety, loss prevention, and staffing-related tasks.
