Job summary

The Salvation Army USA Western Territory is hiring for a Retail Team Manager at the Henderson ARC store. You will partner with the Store Manager to run daily store operations, supervise staff, coach employees, and ensure exceptional customer and donor experiences.

Expect to follow ARC merchandising standards, manage inventory and safety, and participate in regular team meetings. Valid driver’s license and background screening required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail management/supervisory experience.
• Ability to operate POS/cash register and schedule staff.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and show proof of insurance.
• Background check including criminal history and sex offender registry.

Responsibilities

• Takes active role with Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Supervises store employees and ensures great customer/donor service.
• Leads team meetings and maintains ARC merchandising standards.
• Coordinates loss prevention and safety measures with management.
• Performs duties as assigned by Store Manager and District Sales Manager.
