Job summary

Pandora is seeking a Store Manager for our Glendale, AZ location to lead a dynamic team on the sales floor, delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales targets.

You will coach Assistant Store Managers and Sales Associates, drive brand standards and visual merchandising, and partner with HR to address performance issues while building a loyal customer base. This role requires 3–5 years of leadership in retail and readiness for a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Store Manager experience in a high-performance retail environment.
• Strong communication and care in interactions with customers and team.
• Ability to recruit, retain and develop strong teams and successors.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to achieve sales goals and KPIs.
• Coach and manage Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads and Sales Associates.
• Engage with customers on the sales floor to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Ensure visual merchandising and store operations meet brand standards.
• Provide real-time feedback and guidance to empower the team.
