Job summary

Pandora is seeking a Store Manager in the United States to lead a high‑performing sales team on the floor, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and coach Assistant Store Managers and Sales Associates. You will drive sales, ensure outstanding product knowledge, manage visual merchandising, and collaborate with HR to address performance issues.

A flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays is required; 18+ with eligibility to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Store Manager experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to recruit, retain and develop sales teams.
