Job summary

Pandora is seeking a Store Manager to lead our brand and team on the sales floor in the United States. You will immerse yourself in our culture, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive sales through coaching and daily leadership.

You will recruit, develop and inspire the store team, partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and HR to resolve issues, manage visual merchandising, and ensure KPI targets are met while upholding Pandora's standards and values.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Store Manager experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to connect with customers and motivate a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the store team to achieve sales targets and KPI goals.
• Engage customers on the sales floor and deliver exceptional experiences.
• Partner with HR and Divisional Sales Manager to resolve performance issues and recruit.
