Pandora is seeking a Store Manager to lead our store team with passion for the brand and a customer-first mindset. You will coach assistants and sales staff, drive sales on the floor, and ensure brand standards and product knowledge are outstanding.

This role requires a results-driven leader with 3–5 years of relevant experience and strong people management skills. You will manage schedules, mentor team members, and collaborate with HR to address performance issues, while delivering a memorable

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Store Manager experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong communication and coaching skills for a team of sales associates.
• Experience recruiting, retaining and developing store talent and succession planning.
• Solid business acumen with ability to analyze performance and deliver results.
• Familiarity with retail POS systems and Microsoft Office 365 Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates.
• Drive store sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor.
• Provide real-time feedback, guidance, and accountability to achieve KPIs.
• Ensure strong brand representation through visual merchandising and store standards.
• Partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and HR to address performance issues and policy adherence.
