Pandora NAM in the USA is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high‑performing team on the sales floor, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will coach Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads and Sales Associates, while ensuring brand standards and visual merchandising directives are followed.

You’ll champion talent development, recruit top performers, and partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and HR to handle performance and policy matters.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as Store Manager in a high-performance retail environment.
• Strong communication skills written and verbal.
• Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver results.
• Talent magnet capable of recruiting, retaining, and developing top teams.
• Knowledge of MS Office suite and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Spend significant time on the sales floor engaging customers and driving sales.
• Coach and manage Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads and Sales Associates.
• Ensure visual merchandising directives, brand standards, and store operations are followed.
• Partner with Divisional Sales Manager and HR to address performance issues and policy adherence.
