Pandora is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support leadership and drive exceptional customer experiences in our Glendale, AZ store. You will spend time on the floor, coach the team, and help meet or exceed sales goals while upholding brand standards and visual merchandising.

The role requires at least 2 years in a high-performance selling environment, strong communication, and the ability to manage time effectively. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Demonstrated care in communication, both written and verbal.
• Strong business acumen and ability to deliver results.
• Mastery of time management and prioritization; delegate when needed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and retail POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager and support store operations on the floor.
• Engage customers, build brand loyalty, and drive sales.
• Provide real-time feedback and guidance to the sales team to hit KPI goals.
• Coach and inspire the sales team to achieve targets and maintain brand standards.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure smooth store performance.
