Job summary

Pandora in the United States is seeking a Store Manager to lead our sales floor, coach a team of assistants and sales associates, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will be deeply involved on the shop floor, driving sales and upholding brand standards.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of store management in high‑performance retail, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to recruit and develop talented teams. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success as a Store Manager in a high‑performance retail environment.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a track record of developing teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team on the sales floor delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Coach and manage Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads and Sales Associates.
• Drive sales, achieve KPIs, and build brand loyalty through product knowledge.
