Job summary

Pandora is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Glendale, AZ, to immerse in our brand culture and drive exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor. You will support the Store Manager and lead the team to achieve sales goals.

Applicants should have 2+ years in a high-performance selling environment, strong communication, and business acumen. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required as well as the ability to lift 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong communication with care and the ability to charm and captivate an audience.
• Business acumen with analytical thinking and delivering positive results.
• Excellent time management; prioritize and delegate tasks.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office 365 and retail POS systems.
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; able to lift 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities
