Job summary

Rothy’s in Dedham, MA, is seeking a Retail Ambassador to deliver exceptional customer experiences and build genuine connections on the sales floor. You will represent the brand with every interaction while focusing on sales and service.

In addition to selling, you’ll assist with light store operations to keep the space well-organized and welcoming, wearing Rothy’s shoes as part of the dress code. This part-time role supports a vibrant, inclusive team culture.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Availability to work at least 16 hours/week.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Availability on peak days (Fri–Sun + holidays).

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Rothy’s Experience to every customer with presentation, communication, and product expertise.
• Drive personal sales and contribute to team goals.
• Create lasting relationships with customers through clienteling.
