Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive performance, and motivate a team of 8–15 associates across all shifts. You will model excellence, handle opening through closing tasks, and ensure top service and accuracy.

This hourly role requires open availability, strong leadership, and a commitment to safety and food safety standards. Expect coaching, inventory management, and collaboration with the district on promotions and customer initiatives.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience with 8-15 team supervision.
• Ability to work any shift, including evenings and weekends.
• Must have or be able to obtain Food Safety Certification.

Responsibilities

• Own store operations, team, and performance.
• Lead a team of 8-15 across shifts.
• Open availability for any shift including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Run register, stock, upsell, clean restrooms, maintain lot and pumps.
• Recruit, hire, train new team members and manage inventory/merchandising.
• Handle banking and cash deposits; ensure safety and customer satisfaction.
