Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Store Manager who will own store operations, lead a team of 8-15 across all shifts, and drive performance with hands-on leadership.

The role requires availability for any shift, strong communication, and a commitment to safety, cleanliness, customer satisfaction, and achieving sales goals. Compensation includes competitive pay, weekly pay, and a $1500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, integrity, and decisiveness are required.
• Retail or food management experience is preferred.
• Minimum age 21+ and Food Safety Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of store operations, team, and performance.
• Lead and inspire a team of 8-15 employees across all shifts.
• Be the go-to person for coverage, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Run the register, stock, upsell, clean, and maintain facilities.
• Coach team members, upsell promotions and key items.
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members for growth and accountability.
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising.
• Handle banking, deposits, and ensure safety and compliance.
