Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Store Manager who will take full ownership of store operations, lead a team of 8-15 across shifts, and be available for days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays. You will manage inventory, banking, and merchandising while delivering strong service and upselling promotions.

This hourly role requires a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a Food Safety Certification (or ability to obtain). Competitive pay and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail or food-service team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work all shifts including evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays.
• Minimum age 21+ and valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Food Safety Certification must have or be able to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of store operations, team, and performance.
• Lead and inspire a team of 8-15 employees across all shifts.
• Be available for any shift, including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Run the register, stock, upsell, clean restrooms, and maintain lot and pumps.
• Coach staff to deliver excellent service and active upsell of promotions.
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members with growth and accountability in mind.
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising.
• Handle banking and cash deposits with valid license and insurance.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and food safety standards; ensure customer satisfaction.
• Control expenses and labor hours while achieving sales goals.
• Execute company programs and marketing initiatives.
• Occasionally cross-train and oversee deli or QSR operations as needed.
