Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Store Manager who will lead daily store operations, drive performance, and motivate a team of 8–15 employees across all shifts. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a commitment to safety and customer service.

You will own inventory, banking, merchandising, and program execution while maintaining high standards for service and sales. Open availability and a readiness to cover varied shifts are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have Food Safety Certification or be able to obtain one.
• Retail or food management experience preferred.
• Minimum age of 21 years.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of store operations, team, and performance.
• Lead and inspire a team of 8-15 employees across all shifts.
• Be the go-to person for coverage, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Perform duties of store staff including register operations, stocking, upselling, and upkeep of cleanliness and safety.
• Coach team to deliver excellent service and upsell promotions and key items.
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members with a focus on growth and accountability.
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising.
• Handle banking and cash deposits with required licenses and transportation.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and food safety standards; control expenses and labor hours.
• Execute company programs and marketing initiatives; support deli/QSR operations when needed.
