Casey’s Store Manager is responsible for leading a high-performing team in a busy Casey's location, delivering guest-focused service and strong store performance. You will hire, train, coach, and develop Team Members while modeling Casey's CARES values and ensuring safety, quality, and compliance.

You'll manage labor budgets, scheduling, inventory, and daily operations, partnering with the District Manager to drive sales, control costs, and execute strategic initiatives that support community

• Execute strategic initiatives, drive sales, and uphold quality and service.
• Maintain stocked, clean store and build guest relationships.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise Team Members.
• Coach to Casey's CARES values.
• Manage labor budget and scheduling for hours and events.
• Oversee kitchen operations to maximize productivity.
• Complete daily bookwork, inventories, audits, and orders.
• Partner with District Manager on Store Action Plans.
