Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Mansfield, Ohio. You will be in charge of the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates to hit financial goals, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

The role is designed to prepare you for future GM leadership through a structured training path. We offer 12+ weeks of leadership training, GO100 GM certification, and a robust benefits package including meals, health coverage, a 401K match, and paid

Competenze

Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma required.

Mansioni

Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
Lead the store team through training and development as part of the leadership path.
Prepare for promotion to General Manager through the GM certification program.
