Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Mansfield, OH. You will oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, supervising, and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We offer an 8+ week store leadership training program, mentorship, and comprehensive support from our Panda community to help you succeed and grow with the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Provides leadership training and mentorship as part of Panda leadership development program.
