Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Findlay, Ohio. You will oversee the operation of a single store, including hiring, coaching and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

External hires begin in a Store Manager role as part of our General Manager development path, with 12+ weeks of leadership training and a clear path to GM after GO100 certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, coaching and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participation in leadership development path with training and progression toward General Manager role.
