Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in the United States. You will oversee the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates to hit financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role is designed to prepare you for future General Manager success through Panda's leadership programs. The path includes 12+ weeks of leadership training, GO100 GM certification, and a clear progression toward GM roles within a supportive Panda

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 miles radius from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and participate in leadership development activities and training programs to prepare for future GM roles.
• Support the GM development path and participate in the GO100 certification process.
