Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to run a single Panda Express location, lead a team of associates, hire and direct staff to achieve financial goals, and ensure superior guest experiences.

We provide an 8 or more weeks of store leadership training and ongoing mentorship as part of our commitment to professional development, with a flexible schedule and opportunities for growth within a family of caring associates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and participate in an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program to prepare for success.
