Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a Panda Express store. You will oversee daily operations, drive financial results, hire and coach team members, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

We provide an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program, mentorship, and a supportive Panda community to help you succeed and grow within our rapidly expanding family-owned concept.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius from home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage, and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and mentor the team; participate in 8+ weeks of store leadership training.
