Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager to lead the operation of a single Panda Express location. You will hire, coach, and supervise associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The company offers an eight-week leadership training program, mentorship, and ongoing development to prepare you for success. This full-time role requires flexibility to work opening/closing shifts, weekends, and holidays within a 50-mile radius of home.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express location, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest-service standards.
• Lead and develop store staff through training and feedback, ensuring a positive guest experience.
• Oversee daily store operations and participate in an 8+ week leadership training program.
