Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express location. You will hire, train, and guide team members to hit financial targets while delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

The role includes an 8+ week leadership training program, ongoing development, and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, retirement, and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule (opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of single-store operations, hiring, directing associates to hit financial goals and deliver guest experiences.
• Oversee training and development, including an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program.
• Ensure store runs efficiently and complies with company policies.
