Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express store. You will hire, coach and supervise associates to achieve financial and guest experience goals, while driving operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule required to open/close shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to relocate or move within a 50-mile radius from home.
• Serve Safe certified or equivalent food safety credential is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, supervising and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Lead a paid leadership training program and participate in ongoing development.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards to support a fast-paced service environment.
