Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express location. You will hire, coach, and direct team members to meet financial targets and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will also drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to relocate/move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee and participate in an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program to prepare for success.
