Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express location. You will hire, train and supervise team members to achieve financial targets while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

The role is designed as a stepping stone toward future General Manager opportunities with a structured training path and leadership development. Extensive training over 12+ weeks prepares you for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe certification for Food Safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Support ongoing leadership development and training initiatives for store staff.
