Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a Panda Express location. You will hire, coach and direct crew to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

You'll participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program, with mentorship and support from our Panda community to help you develop professionally and personally.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide leadership training and mentorship to staff.
