Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead the daily operation of a Panda Express location. You’ll hire, coach and supervise team members to meet financial targets while ensuring outstanding guest experiences.

The role includes an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program, mentorship, and ongoing support from the Panda community to help you succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage and direct store associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program to prepare for success.
