Job summary

Royal Farms is seeking a full-time Store Manager in Havre de Grace, MD to lead a fast-paced convenience store, restaurant, and retail operation. You will build and coach a team, manage staffing, performance, and safety, and ensure exceptional customer service while driving profitability.

The role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to make data-driven decisions in a 24/7 environment. ANSI Food Safety Manager Certification is preferred; local travel is minimal.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have earned a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have at least 2 years of experience in fast food or retail management with full operational accountability.
• Must possess strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must possess strong supervisory and organizational skills.
• Must be able to utilize basic business math, accounting, computer skills, and demonstrate strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure outstanding customer service by upholding high standards across the store.
• Lead and develop a high-performing retail team with coaching and development.
• Oversee staffing, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with wage, hour, safety, and company policies.
