Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Store Manager in Mission Viejo to lead a vibrant team and deliver world-class customer service. You will manage daily store operations, labor, inventory, and sales performance, while promoting the membership program to foster customer loyalty.

You will report to the Area/District Manager and drive profitability, schedule flexibility, and staff development. Must be willing to relocate or manage multiple stores as business needs require, with travel between locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willing to relocate or manage additional stores as needed, and able to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic store team, reporting to Area/District Manager.
• Oversee labor, inventory, and membership program promotions.
• Uphold store standards and customer service excellence; drive sales and profitability.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff; conduct performance evaluations.
