Lids Sports Group, a leading retail brand, is seeking a Store Manager in Merrimack, NH to lead daily store operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive sales performance. You will manage a team, oversee hiring, training, schedules, and ensure alignment with company standards and goals.

The role requires strong leadership, retail know-how, and a passion for sports fashion. You’ll monitor KPIs, coach staff, and coordinate with district leadership to maintain store excellence.

Formación

• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Proven supervisory skills, with capacity to deliver training material and assess retention.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to perform independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability and willingness to travel overnight for training and/or business meetings.
• Ability to work varying days and hours, based on business needs, and maintain an excellent attendance record.
• Proven managerial skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and execute selling strategy to achieve KPIs, sales targets, and customer service.
• Resolve customer feedback and address issues in the moment, including escalations.
• Direct in-store team to ensure optimal customer service and store operations.
• Ensure customers join Lids membership programs and in-store offers.
• Drive store product strategy, receiving, merchandising, and exits.
• Organize backroom to maximize efficiency and space.
• Lead weekly markdowns and price adjustments to optimize sell-through.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and manage transfers or returns as needed.
