Lids Sports Group is seeking a Store Manager in Nashua, NH to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will supervise staff, manage scheduling and payroll, and ensure promotional initiatives align with company goals.

You will foster a positive, inclusive team environment and uphold standards for product presentation, embroidery services, and customer engagement across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams to achieve sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Able to travel overnight for training and meetings.
• Comfortable managing schedules, payroll, and adherence to policies.

Responsibilities
