Job summary

Lids Sports Group in Burlington, MA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. You will supervise staff, implement training, and collaborate with the Store Manager to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

Act as Manager on duty when Store Manager is absent and handle scheduling issues.
Lead and train store associates using LIDS programs, set goals, and follow up.
Ensure adherence to company policies, inventory controls, and brand standards.
Lead selling strategy to achieve KPIs and provide exceptional customer service.
Maintain visual guidelines, store cleanliness, and professional appearance.
Manage store operations like cash handling, openings/closures, and POS equipment.
Assist in inventory management, product counts, pricing changes, and backroom organization.
Support recruitment and training of staff and foster a respectful, inclusive team environment.
