Lids is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, mentor a diverse team, and drive exceptional customer service. You will own hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training to ensure top performance across sales, service, and inventory control.

You will manage scheduling, payroll, and compliance while delivering a positive, inclusive environment. This role reports to the District Sales Manager and offers uncapped bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory skills with ability to train and assess retention.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel overnight for training or meetings.
• Ability to work varying days and hours and maintain attendance.
• Ability to perform independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead store hiring strategy and recruitment planning.
• Onboard new team members and build a productive environment.
• Drive selling strategy to hit KPIs and deliver customer service.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and compliance with policies.
• Oversee product strategy, receiving, merchandising, and markdowns.
• Ensure store operations, inventory accuracy, and VM standards.
