Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues, customer complaints, and related store situations.
• Lead store associates through training, goal setting, and regular follow-up.
• Administer discipline with verbal and written warnings as needed.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive team environment and adherence to Brand Standards.
• Schedule and staff the store, covering peaks when needed.
• Assist in recruiting and training store personnel on procedures.
• Ensure policy compliance and safekeeping of inventory and assets.
• Open and close the store following standard procedures.
