Job summary

Casey's in Missouri seeks a Store Manager to lead a team that serves the community with enthusiasm and pride. You will oversee operations, guest service, merchandising, loss prevention, and food preparation to ensure Casey’s is Here for Good for guests, team members, and the community.

You’ll coach and mentor your team, manage the labor budget and scheduling, and partner with leadership to drive Store Action Plans and KPIs while delivering a welcoming, safe, and profitable store environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum leadership experience in a retail or food-service environment.
• Ability to recruit, train, and develop team members.
• Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings and weekends.
• Background check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives to drive sales and service standards.
• Ensure store is stocked and clean to build guest relationships.
• Hire, train, and supervise Team Members following Casey's Way.
• Model Casey's CARES values and manage staff scheduling.
• Oversee kitchen operations for productivity and profitability.
• Maintain daily bookwork, inventories, and asset protection processes.
• Collaborate with District Manager on Store Action Plans.
• Complete trainings and assessments, including ServSafe where applicable.
