Casey’s is seeking a Store Manager in Missouri to lead a high-performing team and deliver outstanding guest service. You will oversee all store operations, including staffing, merchandising, inventory, and safety, while upholding Casey’s values and community involvement.

In this role you will develop your people, manage budgets, and drive sales through strong leadership, training, and hands-on coaching. Eligible to participate in quarterly and annual bonus programs based on store performance.

Formación

• Transferable professional experience is required.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team.
• Strong communication skills and clarity.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Background check may be required by state law.
• ServSafe Food Protection Manager certification where applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards in the store.
• Ensure the store is stocked and clean to build strong guest relationships.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise Team Members as a coach and mentor.
• Coach to Casey’s CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
• Manage labor budgets and scheduling for regular hours and events; update schedules.
• Oversee kitchen operations to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Complete daily bookwork, inventories, audits, and merchandise orders; protect assets.
• Collaborate with the District Manager on Store Action Plans for KPIs and P&L.
• Attend trainings and ensure Team Members complete required trainings.
