Responsibilities

Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards.
Ensure store is stocked and clean; build relationships with guests and communities.
Hire, train, develop, and supervise new Team Members as a coach and mentor.
Model Casey’s CARES values (Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service).
Manage labor budget; ensure staffing and scheduling is up to date.
Oversee kitchen operations to maximize productivity and profitability.
Oversee daily bookwork, inventories, audits, and merchandise orders; protect assets.
Partner with District Manager to develop Store Action Plans addressing KPIs and P&L.
