Casey’s is seeking a Store Manager to lead a Casey's store with enthusiasm and pride. You’ll oversee team management, guest service, merchandising, loss prevention, and food prep, while steering daily operations to deliver exceptional community service.

You’ll coach and mentor your team, manage labor and inventory, and partner with leadership to deploy Store Action Plans. A customizable career path supports ongoing growth in management and leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in retail or food-service environments.
• Ability to build, develop, and lead a team to meet goals.
• Clear, effective communication with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives and drive sales while upholding service standards.
• Maintain a clean, inviting store environment and strong guest relationships.
• Hire, train, and supervise Team Members and coach them to succeed.
• Model Casey’s CARES values in daily leadership and interactions.
• Manage labor, scheduling, and staffing for regular and peak times.
• Oversee kitchen operations, inventory, and asset protection processes.
• Collaborate with District Manager on action plans and KPIs.
• Attend trainings and ensure team completes required certifications.
