Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a Retail Store Manager for our McDonough location. You will lead a busy store of 25–40 team members, drive sales results, and ensure an outstanding guest experience while owning budget, operations, and performance metrics.

This hands-on leader will hire, train, and develop staff and build a strong leadership bench. You will oversee monthly meetings with staff and coordination with the Director and other store managers, maintain store appearance and records,

Formación

• 3+ years of experience supervising teams of 30 or more employees.
• Strong budgeting skills with ability to create and exceed financial plans.
• Experience maintaining and improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Responsabilidades

• Lead a dynamic retail operation and a team of 25–40 to deliver strong sales and guest experience.
• Hire, train, and develop hourly team members and supervise Assistant Store Managers and Shift Supervisors.
• Lead monthly store meetings, coordinate with the Director, and maintain accurate records and reporting.
